I think you accomplished a lot in just 4 hours. I really like the the overall painting but I think, you just have to work a little on the neck to make it more aligned with the head... I also like the skin tone.

Nice jewel like tones (greens and purples). How about trying something different with the eyes?
I like it, it's cool! I also like those little bubble thingys in the drawing. Nice warm and cool color mixture.Fernando
